Terms & Conditions
1. Vehicle Condition
All vehicles sold by Jeff's Auto Sales are "AS IS" unless otherwise stated in writing. This means the buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition, with all faults (if any), whether known or unknown.
2. Warranties
Unless a written warranty is provided at the time of sale, Jeff's Auto Sales makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Limited Warranty (if applicable) - If a warranty is provided, details will be given in writing and will override the "AS IS" terms where applicable.
3. Buyer Inspection
The buyer has the right to inspect the vehicle or have it inspected by a mechanic before purchase. By completing the sale, the buyer confirms they are satisfied with the vehicle's condition.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before the vehicle is released unless financing arrangements have been approved. Accepted payment methods will be provided by Jeff's Auto Sales.
5. Deposits
Any deposit made to hold a vehicle may be non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Title & Registration
Jeff's Auto Sales will provide the necessary paperwork for title transfer. The buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle and paying any applicable taxes, tag, and title fees as required by North Carolina law.
7. Odometer Disclosure
The mileage listed on the vehicle is disclosed to the best of Jeff's Auto Sales' knowledge in compliance with state and federal law.
8. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed unless required by law.
9. Liability
Jeff's Auto Sales is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or issues that occur after the vehicle has been delivered to the buyer.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
